We have reached a tentative agreement for CWA members under the Orange contract at AT&T Mobility. The agreement includes substantial improvements in wages and working conditions!
After nearly four months of hard-fought bargaining, we are excited to announce we have a Tentative Agreement that your bargaining team unanimously supports and that you can be proud of.
CWA members at AT&T West have ratified their Core (wireline) contract with a 72%yes vote.
In order to make sure every member’s voice is heard, we would like to share some tips when filling out the ballot and sending it back to District 9.

Thursday, September 26, at 6:00pm, CWA District 9 scheduled a Townhall Meeting to address the final bargaining report
CWA District 9 released details of the second Tentative Agreement that was reached between the union and AT&T.
We wish to inform you that the tentative agreement on our collective bargaining agreement has been rejected by our membership – of the Members who voted it was rejected by 58%
