District 9 has reported the following on their Facebook page:
CWA members at AT&T West have ratified their Core (wireline) contract with a 72%yes vote.
From Local 9333, 194 were eligible to vote.
80 members voted YES
50 members voted NO
2 ballots were spoiled
62 members did not vote
At this time, it is not known when the new contract will be available. As soon as it is, we will post the PDF on this website and notify all members when it is there.
Two new Outside Plant Technician requestions were placed in AUTS today. One job is in Escondido and the other is in Simi Valley. The last available day to bid on these jobs is Thursday, June 19.
One new Facilities Specialist requisition was placed in AUTS today. This position is for the Los Angeles area.
The classes below are being offered by UMass Global for the month of April. All classes are funded through the AT&T Horizons Program for eligible members.
