The CWA bargaining team officially met with the Company bargaining team on Friday 11/14/25 and passed to the company several of those proposals. The company bargaining team is currently reviewing them.

While the holidays are approaching, our focus is shifting toward one of the most important events of the coming year. Bargaining officially begins in January, and we are already gearing up to fight for the contract we have earned.

District 6 has been at the bargaining table with AT&T for some time, and the negotiations have been challenging.

CWA members at AT&T West have ratified their Core (wireline) contract with a 72%yes vote.

In order to make sure every member’s voice is heard, we would like to share some tips when filling out the ballot and sending it back to District 9.
