CWA / ATTM Orange CBA – Bargaining Report #8

CWA / AT&T 2026 “Orange” Contract Bargaining

February 6, 2026 – Bargaining Report #8

The Union bargaining committee continued talks with AT&T over the last several days. AT&T continues to make proposals that do not address the needs of our members. The Company also continues to reject the proposals that are most important. The bargaining committee is still waiting on several information requests to be filled as well.

We are working on issues related to scheduling, First Net, commissions and quality of life issues. The company has yet to show any interest in any real improvements. We will continue to fight for the changes that you demanded in the bargaining surveys.

The contract expiration date is rapidly approaching, so we hope AT&T gets serious about doing the right thing by their employees. The company knows you are mobilized and standing behind us, keep it up!

Stay mobilized and stay angry!
