Our bargaining team has had numerous meetings with the company today, but unfortunately, we have not made any progress and are currently at a standstill.

Today, your bargaining team returned to the table and met with the company multiple times during the day and into the night.
The options available are seeking approval for a sanctioned strike or continuing to work without a contract as we negotiate the contract.
CWA’s Executive Board has authorized a strike against AT&T West, subject to CWA President Claude Cummings Jr. setting a date
We wish to inform you that the tentative agreement on our collective bargaining agreement has been rejected by our membership – of the Members who voted it was rejected by 58%
In order to make sure every member’s voice is heard, we would like to share some tips when filling out the ballot and sending it back to District 9.

Today CWA District 9 released the details of the Tentative Agreement that was reached between the union and AT&T.
