The Orange Bargaining Committee and AT&T have been meeting continuously during this past week’s extension, yet we have not been able to reach a deal. Both parties have agreed to a two-week contract extension to continue bargaining.
The Union bargaining committee continued talks with AT&T over the last several days. AT&T continues to make proposals that do not address the needs of our members
The company continues to deny Union proposals intended to increase compensation and help their employees keep up with rising costs. In addition to rejecting our proposals, the company continues to try to shift the cost of medical benefits to you.
