UPTE-CWA Local 9119 voted for a two-day ULP strike on February 6th and 7th at UC Davis Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Jacobs Medical Center at UC San Diego Health, and UCSF Medical Center. The Local has been in bargaining since January 2023. UC has not bargained in good faith, resulting in the Local filing multiple ULP charges with PERB.
