In the case of Macopson v. Pacific Bell Telephone Company, plaintiff Joy Macopson, an employee of Pacific Bell, filed a class and representative action lawsuit alleging wage and hour violations under California law. The claims included unpaid wages, unreimbursed business expenses, and other related issues. The class encompassed hourly, non-exempt employees and technicians employed in California between April 26, 2018, and March 21, 2024.
