CWA / AT&T 2026 “Orange” Contract Bargaining

January 12, 2026 – Bargaining Report #1

The Orange Contract Bargaining Committee met with AT&T to kick off bargaining a new agreement that will cover all members in the Orange Contract footprint. Every member of your bargaining committee gave a statement about the greed, mistreatment and overall substandard conditions workers face at AT&T mobility. The Union bargaining team is ready to fight as long as it takes to address every single issue.

In true AT&T fashion, the company’s bargaining team presented an opening statement filled with delusions of their generosity and exemplary treatment of their employees. We know that the company will give us numerous proposals filled with give backs and cost shifting to you, but we can assure you we will fight them at every turn.

Your bargaining team is here and ready to fight! We need an army of mobilized CWA members behind us ready to fight as well! When we fight, We WIN!

In Solidarity,

Mike Baxter, Local 1101

Frank Oliva, Local 1298

Jeff Reamer, Local 13000
