CWA / ATTM Orange CBA – Bargaining Report #4

CWA / AT&T 2026 “Orange” Contract Bargaining

January 21, 2026 – Bargaining Report #4

Bargaining with AT&T continued over the last couple of days. Your bargaining committee met with the Company and discussed many issues across several titles. Scheduling for call centers, retail, work from home and IHX issues were discussed at length. We expressed the importance of fair scheduling so people can plan their lives and spend time with their families. We also discussed the diminished headcount at the retail locations and the stress it creates.

The bargaining committee also spent a lot of time discussing First Net deployment for the wireless technicians. The bargaining team expressed the need for training, equipment and fair dispatching.

The Union has filed numerous information requests that the company is still working on fulfilling. We will continue to press them for all necessary information so we can make the most effective proposals possible.

Once again, we appreciate your support!

Stay mobilized!
