Candidates for local officer and members of the executive board shall send their nomination letter by Certified mail to the election committee chair PRIOR to the regular membership meeting in the month of September of each election year (every 3rd year). You may not nominate yourself for more than one office. There are no write in Candidates allowed.
Only members in good standing shall be eligible to vote or hold office.
Only members who have attended 3 membership meetings in the last 12 months prior to nominations shall be considered eligible to run for office.
