AT&T Core Employees: Don’t Forget to Review Your Benefits During Open Enrollment!

Annual Open Enrollment runs from October 19 through November 6, 2026. This is your opportunity to review your current benefits and make any necessary changes for the upcoming year.

Even if you’re happy with your current coverage, it’s important to take a few minutes to verify that everything is correct. Health insurance options, premiums, deductibles, and other benefit details can change from year to year.

Why Should You Review Your Benefits?

  • Verify Your Coverage: Make sure your medical, dental, vision, and other benefits still meet your needs.
  • Check Your Dependents: Confirm that your spouse and eligible family members are properly listed and covered.
  • Review Your Costs: Look for changes to premiums, deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Update Your Beneficiaries: Make sure your life insurance and other applicable beneficiary designations reflect your wishes.
  • Avoid Unwanted Surprises: Don’t assume everything will automatically remain the same. Some benefits may require you to make an active election.

Don’t Miss the Deadline!

Open Enrollment ends November 6, 2026. Changes made during this period generally take effect January 1, 2027.

Log in to the AT&T Benefits website to review your current elections, explore your options, and make any necessary updates before the deadline.

Remember: Taking just a few minutes now could save you money and prevent coverage problems later. Don’t wait until the last minute to make sure you and your family are protected!
