As part of our Success Sharing Plan (SSP), you may be eligible1 for the 2025 SSP award. This award is tied directly to your efforts to support our success as reflected by the company’s stock price and by dividends declared.

When our stock price increases, part of that value can be attributed to how you’re executing in your area of expertise – and we are proud to recognize your contributions.

The total value of the 2025 SSP award is $1,083.00. See below for full details on how it’s calculated.

The payment will be made on your Nov. 21 or Nov. 26 paycheck, depending on your payroll cycle.

Specific details about your eligibility can be found in your contract.

From Oct. 1, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2025, the AT&T stock price increased, resulting in a $6.11 increase for the
stock price component of the calculation. In that period, dividends per share were declared 4 times,
totaling $1.11. It is based on dividends of $0.2775 in December 2024 and March, June, and September of
this year.
