Dear Sisters, Brothers, and Siblings,
I am writing to share some important news regarding our collective bargaining efforts. We have reached a tentative agreement with AT&T on a new collective bargaining agreement. This significant achievement is the result of the tireless work and dedication of your duly elected bargaining committee.
I am pleased to inform you that our International Executive Board has approved this tentative agreement. To ensure that everyone is fully informed about the details and implications of this agreement, we are scheduling a contract explanation meeting with your leadership.
Please stay ready and engaged, as we will be sharing more information in the coming days. Your participation and understanding of this agreement are crucial as we move forward together.
Thank you for your continued support and solidarity.
