In order to make sure every member’s voice is heard, we would like to share some tips when filling out the ballot and sending it back to District 9.
During the town hall you will have the ability to submit questions via the chat feature pertaining to the tentative agreement (TA)
Thursday, September 26, at 6:00pm, CWA District 9 scheduled a Townhall Meeting to address the final bargaining report
CWA District 9 released details of the second Tentative Agreement that was reached between the union and AT&T.
We wish to inform you that the tentative agreement on our collective bargaining agreement has been rejected by our membership – of the Members who voted it was rejected by 58%

The Merced meeting will be held next Thursday, 8-22-24, from 7pm to 9pm, at the Multicultural and Arts Center on Main Street. The address is 645 W. Main St, Merced,
The Monterey meeting will be held next Wednesday, 8-21-24, from 7pm to 9pm, at the Oldemeyer Center in Seaside. The exact address is 986 Hilby Ave, Seaside.
Modesto Meeting The Modesto meeting will be held next Tuesday, 8-20-24, from 7pm to 9pm, at 4707 Greenleaf Circle, Modesto. The meeting will be on the first floor.
