The D9 Horizons Contractual and Bargaining Committees successfully negotiated and formalized an expansion of educational opportunities through the existing Horizons contractual education fund

The CWA bargaining team officially met with the Company bargaining team on Friday 11/14/25 and passed to the company several of those proposals. The company bargaining team is currently reviewing them.
