Once you fill out the linked form, Lisa Obiedo will receive your registration. You will get a text from her explaining how to apply for funding through AT&T Horizons. There are two ways to apply: HROneStop – which must be accessed using a “work computer” or you can apply using a hard copy of the Horizons application which can be found here.
