The D9 Horizons Contractual and Bargaining Committees successfully negotiated and formalized an expansion of educational opportunities through the existing Horizons contractual education fund. This effort was a key component of the recent bargaining discussions. Furthermore, the committees representing CWA D9 and AT&T Labor mutually agreed to provide an additional allocation of education funds, which will be accessible based on resource availability and processed on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
