convey the devastating news of the passing of Jayson Ingraca, a past Union
Officer and member of CWA Local 9412. As a loving father, and valued
member of the CWA community, Jay’s death is deeply felt by his family,
friends, and coworkers.
During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Jay’s family as they navigate
through this unimaginable grief. We offer our sincerest condolences and support. Jay leaves
behind four beautiful children, we are organizing a donation fund in honor of his memory
and dedication to their future
