The bargaining team convened with the company on Saturday, presenting a proposal to move all positions listed in Appendix E to corresponding titles in Appendix A. 

Additionally, the team submitted a Zone upgrade proposal, highlighting the escalating cost of living in California and Nevada. Given the substantial role the Western region plays in the company’s profitability, it is imperative for all of us to work towards preserving and enhancing our standard of living actively.

The company passed its first proposals today to the Union Bargaining Team. Included in the proposal was a massive increase in monthly medical costs in addition to skyrocketing increases in out-of-pocket expenses. If that was not enough, they also passed a proposal to cancel our pensions.
