While the Orange Bargaining Committee continues negotiations with AT&T, they continue to put out
misleading bargaining reports like the one dated today. Once again, we must clear up their spin with the
facts:

“Skip No Steps” is a directive for CWA members to follow all management-mandated work rules, union contracts, and company policies exactly as written.

The company has decided that bargaining reports with half-truths and omitted information is the way they want to release updates, so we will help fill in the blanks and clear up any confusion.

With a 95% “Yes” vote, our members are prepared to strike to secure a fair contract. We are committed to taking all necessary actions to achieve a strong agreement immediately.

The Union Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. Most of our time has been spent in subcommittee meetings trying to address specific issues.

The strike authorization vote results are in, and the majority of AT&T Mobility Orange members, 95%, voted yes to strike if necessary to get what we deserve at AT&T.
