The CWA Bargaining team consisting of Anthony Cisneros EVP CWA 9333, Aaron Lean peer elected bargaining committee representative and Michael Barfield CWA District 9 Staff Representative met over the last 3 days. The team went through all bargaining priority suggestions received from the field. Each was discussed and ultimately used to formulate the Union’s bargaining proposals. We want to thank everyone who submitted a bargaining suggestion form, they were very helpful in formulating your proposals.
The CWA bargaining team officially met with the Company bargaining team on Friday 11/14/25 and passed to the company several of those proposals. The company bargaining team is currently reviewing them.
Our next scheduled bargaining session is December 3rd and 4th 2025.
As we prepare for the next round of bargaining, please continue your mobilization efforts, and help our bargaining team send a strong message to the company, that we will stand together for a fair contract.
