AT&T West Bargaining Update #10

AT&T West Bargaining Update 2024

Over the past few days, your bargaining team has formally convened at the table and has spent numerous hours in subcommittees addressing benefits and premium technology issues.

The primary focus during the last week has been on health benefits. Your bargaining team has informed the company that we will not accept any medical proposal that does not bring about a positive benefit for the membership.

Furthermore, the company pointed out that four years ago today, we reached a tentative agreement over seventeen days before expiration. Given the current pace and the multitude of outstanding items on the table, it is highly unlikely that we will reach an agreement before expiration. Please ensure that all necessary preparations are made by yourself and your Local.
