Welcome to the dedicated communications hub for all matters regarding AT&T Mobility. This platform has been established to serve as the primary source of truth and information for the membership as we approach the critical 2026 Orange Contract cycle.
As we move toward the expiration of the current agreement, staying informed is not just an option—it is a necessity. This page is designed to ensure that every member has direct access to the latest developments from the bargaining table. We are committed to maintaining an open line of communication to ensure our union remains united and informed.
As negotiations begin and progress, this page will be continuously updated with vital information, including:
Official Bargaining Reports: direct updates from the negotiating committee detailing the status of talks with management.
Mobilization Alerts: Information on upcoming rallies, workplace actions, and solidarity events designed to strengthen our position at the table.
Contract Resources: Key documents, timelines, and FAQs regarding the 2026 Orange Contract.
We encourage all members to bookmark this page and check back frequently. Your engagement is the foundation of our collective strength.
Our AT&T Mobility contract expires in less than a month on February 13, 2026.
Strong contracts aren’t handed to us – we’ve fought for every victory through our collective power and unity for good jobs in our workplaces and communities.
Let’s be clear: we’re up against a multi-billion dollar corporation. AT&T makes millions in profits each month, while our labor is undervalued, our job security is getting shakier, our income isn’t keeping up with the high cost of living and we’re under dystopian and unreachable “behaviors”.
Being a union member is not a spectator sport. The more CWA members who mobilize and act as one, the more strength we bring to the bargaining table. It will take all of us to build the power needed to win the strong contract we deserve.
