This is a good class to take along with the FCC course as they work hand in hand. This class also prepares you for the ETA Certification. This is an industry standard certification.

TKT II

This class prepares you for the AT&T TKT II Exam. This course is great for those that want to bid on some of the Wage Scale 12 positions at AT&T once you pass exam.
