Since the most recent update, there have been minimal developments at the bargaining table. However your team did observe positive movement last week, but unfortunately, it didn’t last long.

At this moment there is still fluent discussion and movement at the table. However, it is crucial that we remain prepared should the situation escalate. It is important for each of us to stay informed. The most accurate and up-to-date information will be communicated to you by your Local leadership.

Your bargaining team met over the past week in subcommittee meetings and has made minimal progress on proposals

The results of the strike authorization vote are in, 92.57% of the Membership authorized President Cummings to call a strike pending Executive Board approval.

The company seems determined to maintain its entrenched position, insisting that any advancement must come at the expense of our hard-earned benefits.

The CWA District 9 Team met with AT&T today, and after weeks of bargaining medical coverage, a first agreement of significance has finally occurred.

The bargaining team is requesting that the membership keep the pressure on through its actions to help continue to move the table.

As the contract has expired, we’d like to update you on where we are currently at the table. Your bargaining team worked well into the morning past expiration and we’ve yet to come to an agreement on anything significant.
